You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and identify requirements, implement solutions, and participate in international roll-outs of Dynamics 365 within the MCC group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed
- Analyze business requirements and translate these into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with standard first approach but including customizations and integrations when needed.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation and conduct training for end-users.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 release waves and support implementation of new functionalities that come with platform updates
Work closely with IT and business teams to provide consistent support and improve system functionality. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 evolution and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ to 5+ of experience as a functional analyst or consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and/or supply chain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with root cause analysis expertise.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on, likes to take initiatives and is driven by quality
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
