Function
MCC Verstraete is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT ERP Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Dynamics AX 365 across six different production sites within the IML business unit: Belgium, Turkey, Greece, Australia, US and Brazil. The successful candidate will work closely with two implementation partners and acts as a coordinator of several internal IT teams. This position requires a long term commitment and includes international stakeholder management and timely travel.
Responsibilities a Senior Project Manager include but are not limited to:
- Project management: overseeing goals, timelines and budgets,
- Resource allocation
- Risk management,
- Stakeholder management,
- Change management,
- Collaboration with (external) implementation partners, etc
- You are able to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the scope of the Dynamics AX 365 implementation.
- You implement best practices for ERP project management.
- You prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Profile
- Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager with complex AX 365 implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience working with implementation partners and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- English professional level + willingness to travel periodically
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing ERP implementations across multiple production sites.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and related business processes.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
