Next steps in the application process?

• We will contact you within 5 working days.
• Your applicattion will be reviewed and cross referenced against skills and the pre-requistes of the role
• We will create a shortlist of candidates for the role
• These candidates will be invited in for an interview.
• A secondary interview may be required, followed by a tour of the site and facilities if this has not already been undertaken.
• Once a preferred candidate has been identified, the individual will carry out a Pre-Employment Medical test, alongside Drug and Alcohol Screening
• A background Police Check is also required as a pre-requisite to your employment.
• Dependant upon the role, you may also receive our online questionnaire to test your mechanical insight and reasoning skills, alongside a personality questionnaire
• At this point, a formal offer will be submitted for your review and acceptance.
