March 15th is 'Shoe the world' day, a day on which we bring awareness to the millions of people in the world who do not have access to appropriate foot wear.
In this regard, throughout the month of March MCC Verstraete US collected 160 pairs of shoes and 160 pairs of socks to be sent to SOLES4SOULS. This organization turns unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunity by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use.
